How do I get my guide after I pay?
The download link is on the page you see right after checkout, and in an email from Hometown Field Guides. The guide is a PDF with the printable journal included.
I lost my download link.
Get a new one by email, using the email address you paid with. Links work for 30 days.
Can I get a refund?
Full refund within 30 days, for any reason, by email. The refund policy has the details.
Is there an edition for my town?
Type your ZIP code into the finder. It tells you whether an edition covers your county and, if not, what monarchs do where you live.
Do you collect anything about my children?
No. Our forms are for adults 18 and over, and none of them asks for a child’s name, age or anything else about a child.
