Our promise
If you’re not happy with a guide, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll give you a full refund. You don’t need a reason, and you don’t need to delete the file.
How to ask
Email hello@hometownfieldguides.com with the email address you used to buy the guide, or forward your receipt. Let us know you’d like a refund.
How you’ll get your money back
We refund the original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. It usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card.
Timing
The 30 days start on the day you buy the guide. If you ask on or before day 30, you’ll get a refund.
After a refund
Your download link keeps working, and you can keep the copy of the guide you already downloaded. We just ask that you don’t share it or use it beyond what our Terms describe.
